Comments:
The work is written for a four-part female choir, and it has a disturbing beginning which is transformed into a rythmic structure, where the harmony is stretched and the accords stop having a tonal sense to begin the exploration of atonality. Then, the work moves to the final coda, where the name of the poem recovers importance. The music is totally binded to the lyrics and wants to give sense to a certainly difficult verses, in terms of metre.
